Our manufacturing process has been vertically integrated to facilitate all the processes involved in garment manufacture under one roof. This enables us to reduce the time spent in completing your order.

The quality and durability of your garments depends primarily on the quality of yarn used.

Capacity is 25,000 spindles ( spinning machines – LMW & Autocorner – Schlafhorst, Germany) having a production capacity of 14,000 kgs/day producing fully combed cotton yarns.

Our modern knitting machines produce flawless fabrics, which undergo strict quality inspection before further processing.

Our knitting plant has a capacity of 6000 kgs/day. Possible fabric are single jersey, pique, interlock, fleece, light structural, waffles, single jacquards, auto stripers with lycra, ribs with lycra, drop needle, etc. We have flat knit collar-knitting machines, which can make all types of jacquard trims.

Our advanced dyeing facilities ensure that you get the brightest and most accurate colours, which are double checked for colourfastness and Azofree. Dyeing facility for fabric has a capacity of 9,000 kgs/day with sophisticated soft flow machines.

Our printing is equipped with a fully automatic printing machine specialized for pigment, foam, plastic, marble, and tie-dye or reactive and discharge prints, which has a capacity to produce 4,000 impressions/day. A computerized automatic chest-printing machine is used for plastisol printing.

Our printing plant having rotary machines with printing capability of print 6,000 kgs/day upto 10 colours in pigment, reactive and discharge prints.

Embroidery division is equipped with computerized 9 colour 20 head machine from Tajima, Japan. In-house editing facility is also available. We can do monograms, appliqué embroidery and overall embroidery in this high speed machine.

Compacting machines are utilized to ensure dimensional stability in the fabric. It has (Albrecht – Germany + Ferraro – Italy) a capacity of 6000 kgs/day.

We have large numbers of various garment sewing machine, needle detectors and other sewing related machines which has been imported from major companies such Juki, Pegasus, Siruba, Brother, Etc.

The knitwear is then subject to a thorough check, by skilled supervisors. Even the smallest defect is not overlooked. The checked pieces are then ironed, rechecked and packed for shipping.
